I cant say enough good things about the service we received from Mortedha AL-Sultan at Keating Chevrolet in Conroe, tx! My family and I were visiting our son from out of town when our car started having issues on Saturday evening and had our vehicle towed to this dealership. We were worried about our long drive back home on Monday. Mordechai was incredibly kind and immediately made our car first priority. He kept us informed, gave us an update within an hour, and had the problem completely fixed. We are very grateful for his outstanding dedication customer service! He turned a very stressful situation into a smooth and positive experience. Thanks to his help, we had a trouble free drive back home! Once again, thank you Mortedha for your wonderful help! I'm extremely satisfied with the professionalism and support shown by the service department under the new manager Davi. The torque converter in our 2019 Corvette, which due to a factory issue, was replaced at minimal cost to me. In addition to prompt, accurate diagnosis, Davi went above and beyond to secure GM support for the repair. I am now committed to Keating for service and sales in the future. The review below was for service by Buckalew BEFORE Keating took over. I post this to demonstrate the profound difference in service under the new management: The vehicle was brought in on a Friday for diagnosis of a possible driveline issue and for replacement under warranty of the airbag inflator. Monday (10 days later), we were told that the driveline was not an issue but that there was an engine miss. Apparently, because no codes were thrown by the ECU, the recommendation was to start replacing engine parts, a recommendation with which we were not comfortable. Upon asking, we also found out the inflator had not been replaced (forgotten) so we had to leave the vehicle another day and make a second, 50 mile round trip, to retrieve the vehicle. Overall, not a satisfactory introduction to Buckalew service department.

Outstanding service. Keeping my Chevy HD2500 is easy because Keating Chevrolet and Brad Tara get it done fast while I wait. They did an oil change, tire rotation, air filter and cabin filter chageout and service checks in less than 1.5 Hours. Great job.
